To qualify, applicants must possess one year of specialized experience equivalent to the next lower grade/level NH-01. Specialized experience is defined as:
Experience providing administrative assistance/advice to management related to organizational procedures and processes; Applying analytical techniques while performing a variety of clerical procedures to include, identifying and resolving problems, file maintenance and records management to include:
Travel, Calendars, Recruitment Actions, In-Processing Personnel, Awards, and/or Time and Attendance. Education can be substituted for experience. You will be evaluated on the basis of your level of competency in the following areas:
