Paylocity is searching for its next two Client Trainer superstars! Paylocity prides itself on its exceptional training of clients. Our Client Training team ensures that clients understand how to update employee information, maintain company information, key payroll, submit data, write reports and all other capabilities within our payroll and human resource Internet-based product. The Client Trainer is at the forefront of all system enhancements and is a knowledge resource for Paylocity staff and clients alike. They are responsible for coordinating and conducting a variety of training classes and individual client training sessions in a variety of settings from web-based to on-site client visits to in-house training at our facility.
The Paylocity training department is a positive team-oriented environment. All team members must possess a positive and excited outlook. Trainers are representing our company from the moment a new client comes on board and begins their training on our product. Attitude and customer service outlook are critical characteristics in a trainer!!
Performance Objectives:
ΓΆΒ ΒΆ Conduct on-site and remote training of Internet payroll product for new and existing clients
ΓΆΒ ΒΆ Guide clients through the payroll process
ΓΆΒ ΒΆ Conduct client training in group and individual settings
ΓΆΒ ΒΆ Communicate effectively and tactfully with all personalities and have strong desire to help and nurture clients who are struggling
ΓΆΒ ΒΆ Provide Level 3 customer service focusing on questions related to the payroll and human resource product by offering creative and effective solutions
ΓΆΒ ΒΆ Willing to learn new material: there is continual learning and relearning of a variety of topics in order to stay abreast of what is happening in the industry
ΓΆΒ ΒΆ Other duties as assigned
ΓΆΒ ΒΆ Must be able to work Pacific and Central time zones
ΓΆΒ ΒΆ Must be able to travel as required when requested

Required Experience:
ΓΆΒ ΒΆ Training experience or aptitude
ΓΆΒ ΒΆ All of the training conducted by Client Trainers relates to payroll, therefore payroll experience is preferred, but not required
ΓΆΒ ΒΆ Experience in a service industry desirable, especially in the Payroll industry
ΓΆΒ ΒΆ Presentation or classroom training experience

ΓΆΒ ΒΆ Strong listening and oral communication skills to be able to handle a volume of questions especially during group training settings
ΓΆΒ ΒΆ Articulate communication is the cornerstone of this position since trainers must be able to teach concepts to clients in a manner that they will understand and retain
ΓΆΒ ΒΆ Critical thinking and problem-solving skills to react professionally and quickly to clients' payroll needs and escalated issues
ΓΆΒ ΒΆ Presentation skills
ΓΆΒ ΒΆ Organizational skills
ΓΆΒ ΒΆ Time management skills - your day is spent conducting in-house training at our facility as well as conducting trainings over the phone
ΓΆΒ ΒΆ Ability to establish priorities, work independently and proceed with objectives with occasional supervision
ΓΆΒ ΒΆ Computer proficiency with Windows environment, MS Office applications and the Internet
ΓΆΒ ΒΆ Adobe Captivate knowledge a plus

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
