The Client Training Department is looking for Implementation Internal Training Specialists who will be responsible for training the Implementation and Client Training staff. Position Overview
The Implementation Internal Training Specialist develops training materials and presentations to deliver new and existing concepts in the areas of payroll, tax, payroll software, and soft skills to internal employees. The key elements to our approach are that clients receive consistent answers and high quality service from all staff members. Weekly dedicated training sessions focus on specific topics and utilize documentation and role playing to foster retention and mastery of the subject matter. This position requires a specialized focus on training employees who work remotely.
Performance Objectives/Job Duties
ΓΆΒ ΒΆ Create training plans and materials either by enhancing existing materials or developing original documentation
ΓΆΒ ΒΆ Present and communicate effectively and tactfully with all personalities and help all employees understand and retain payroll and system knowledge and concepts
ΓΆΒ ΒΆ Evaluate trainees and communicate progress to respective managers
ΓΆΒ ΒΆ Consults with Implementation Managers/Leads to develop specific training to meet the needs identified
ΓΆΒ ΒΆ Coordinate with leads/managers to ensure employees receive supplemental training when necessary
ΓΆΒ ΒΆ Continually seek out new ways of helping others and delivering training concepts
ΓΆΒ ΒΆ Participate as a Release Lead and attend Early QA Reviews and Knowledge Transfers related to all product releases.
ΓΆΒ ΒΆ Provide user acceptance testing of new product features and functionality
ΓΆΒ ΒΆ Act as a liaison between Product Managers and Implementation Management to highlight areas of releases that will change current Implementation practices.
ΓΆΒ ΒΆ Develop methods to effectively train remote employees
ΓΆΒ ΒΆ Participate in YE and QE activities in coordination with Client Training and Implementationteams
ΓΆΒ ΒΆ Travel as required

Required Experience:
ΓΆΒ ΒΆ Prior training experience is required (1-3 years)
ΓΆΒ ΒΆ Prior payroll experience and/or Implementation experience is preferred
ΓΆΒ ΒΆ Strong interpersonal skills to be able to communicate effectively to a multitude of personalities
ΓΆΒ ΒΆ Strong writing skills and creativity are critical in order to develop training documentation, facilitate the presentation materials and develop new training concepts
ΓΆΒ ΒΆ Must have the ability to grasp new information quickly
ΓΆΒ ΒΆ Strong aptitude and desire for learning new concepts - things change all the time in payroll

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
