Duration: 35 Months Contract
Job Responsibilities:
This position will provide support for Client Managed Customers.
1) Customer call receipt first point of contact for Customers for problem recording.
2) Customer verification, problem validation and documentation.
3) Ticket Management.
4) Status customer on a regular basis.
5) Manage escalations.
6) Interface with internal and external Vendors.
7) Adhere to SLAs, processes and tools.
8) Basic trouble shooting routers/circuits.
9) Shift will be 10:30-7 M-F may have to move to 2nd or 3rd shifts.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
