The Position
The Senior Financial Analyst will be a key member of the growing Financial Planning & Analysis team at Paylocity with responsibilities including financial modeling, annual budgeting, preparation of earnings guidance, and other required finance-related duties for a publically traded company.
Key Responsibilities
Perform financial analysis to evaluate the operating performance of key business units, including labor and capital expenditures
Assist in the annual budgeting process and periodic re-forecasting exercises
Maintain and update various financial metrics and ratios to assist management in the evaluation of business performance
Support the earnings release process, including the preparation of financial statement forecasts for the investment community
Prepare financial analysis for monthly and quarterly close
Develop strong working relationships with key business unit owners

Required
Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
Strong quantitative and analytical abilities, including advanced Excel skills
