The National Sales Support department supports our outside sales team by contacting businesses throughout the country focusing on payroll, human resources, time and labor management, and benefit administration.The National Sales Support Representative is responsible for lead generation and sales prospecting within a business-to-business environment. The National Sales Support Representative works in a supportive and dynamic team environment that is competitive and quota-driven. The most successful National Sales Support Representatives want a long-term career in sales and are eager, motivated and goal-oriented individuals. While the National Sales Support Team works hard, they also have a ton of fun and extra incentives while doing so!
Performance Objectives/Job Duties
Possess a complete understanding of Paylocity services, products, internal sales tools and processes
Lead generation by contacting businesses for payroll, Human Resources, time and labor management, benefit administration, and other services.
Identify key decision makers within a business
Collect business intelligence that will help generate activity
Handle objections and use sales techniques to match the company's needs with Paylocity's services
Maintain customer relationship management (CRM) database
Other duties as assigned

Required
Experience:
Motivated and enthusiastic individual with an interest in joining an innovative and growing organization that can lead to future career opportunities
