Position Overview:
Paylocity's Time and Labor management group is seeking someone on a full-time basis to assist our group with the support of our fast growing client base.
The primary responsibility in this role will be providing time clock support to our end users on a variety of topics such as installation, connectivity, and configuration. Secondarily, this role will be providing application support to our end users on a variety of issues. The position identifies, researches, and resolves time clock hardware, software configuration, and customer network problems. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, some familiarity with computer networks, an aptitude to learn, support, and train on a business application and thrive in a team environment while still possessing initiative and drive.
Performance Objectives/Job Duties
ΓΆΒ ΒΆ Assist clients with installation and configuration of time clock polling software
ΓΆΒ ΒΆ Troubleshooting network and hardware issues with time clock connectivity
ΓΆΒ ΒΆ Training end customers on the use of time clocks
ΓΆΒ ΒΆ Learning the Web Time Time and Attendance product and its capabilities
ΓΆΒ ΒΆ Develop effective client relationships and build rapport with internal/external customers
ΓΆΒ ΒΆ Maintain customer service levels according to Paylocity standards
ΓΆΒ ΒΆ Provide prompt, courteous service to all external and internal customers
ΓΆΒ ΒΆ Answer client calls daily with the ability to multitask calls while still consistently provide quality customer service
ΓΆΒ ΒΆ Understand the capabilities and limitations of systems and related applications to be able to identify potential problems and gather all relevant requirements to ensure a smooth transition for clients
ΓΆΒ ΒΆ Apply critical thinking and problem-solving skills to research, troubleshoot and walk clients through the time and attendance, Web Time product in order to solve the clients' time and attendance inquiry
ΓΆΒ ΒΆ Make recommendations to management for system enhancements based on client input
ΓΆΒ ΒΆ Assist with special projects as assigned
ΓΆΒ ΒΆ Other duties as assigned.

Required Experience:
Experience Requirements
ΓΆΒ ΒΆ Academic or Work experience with computer networks, firewalls, and Microsoft operating systems
ΓΆΒ ΒΆ Academic, Personal, or Work Experience configuring devices on a network
ΓΆΒ ΒΆ Time and Attendance and/or Payroll Experience is a big plus
ΓΆΒ ΒΆ Previous experience support a software application is a plus (such as an ERP, accounting, benefits system or any software that requires some type of installation)
ΓΆΒ ΒΆ Minimum one year experience in customer service or a client interfacing role
ΓΆΒ ΒΆ Multi-tasking - Must be able to multi-task because there will always be more than one client on your desk at a time
ΓΆΒ ΒΆ Computer skills, including Windows and MS Office programs required
ΓΆΒ ΒΆ The skills to question and assess the converting customer's situation and needs
ΓΆΒ ΒΆ Excellent communication skills including proficiency in customer service

ΓΆΒ ΒΆ Mobility required for sitting, standing and walking
ΓΆΒ ΒΆ Manual/finger dexterity required in both hands to operate computer keyboard and manipulate small objects
ΓΆΒ ΒΆ Sensory ability required to see, hear and touch
ΓΆΒ ΒΆ Mental effort required for reading, writing, visualization, calculation and analysis
ΓΆΒ ΒΆ Job duties usually performed in an office environment with uniform temperatures and normal air conditions

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
