Responsible for equipment operation function(s) for customer(s) field training on operating Toshiba Ensure that customer field training is completed in a timely manner.
Monitor customer appointment schedule for field training appointment(s).
Work closely with Service, Sales and Marketing department(s) to maintain accurate list of new equipment purchased or leased to set future appointments for field training.
IT software field training with customers.
Manage field customer service issues and complaints.
Train Toshiba sales/marketing staff on all Toshiba equipment.
Gather customer equipment meter reads as needed.

This position requires a high school diploma or equivalent. Must possess strong computer skills (experience with Microsoft Products: Word, Excel and Outlook). Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential. Candidates with a Bachelor's degree and training experience are preferred. Must possess extensive customer service experience and be able to work independent successfully.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
