Revises plans of care as indicated. These activities are accomplished through a multidisciplinary team approach as appropriate for his/her specialty of practice. This job description was developed in accordance with the Illinois Nurse Practice Act and the ANA Scope and Standards of Practice. Job Requirements: 1. The level of knowledge normally acquired through the completion of an A.D., diploma, or BSN Program from an accredited school of Nursing. 2. Current licensure to practice nursing in the State of Illinois. 3. Current CPR certificationEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
