The bonus will be paid to the hired candidate half after 30 days ($1,000) and half upon the successful completion of 6 months of work ($1,000).
Employees must be active and in good standing at the time of bonus payout to be eligible for hiring bonuses.

This position provides a mixture of direct-service to clients and supervision duties.
Clinical licensure (LCPC, LCSW, or LMFT) is required in order to provide clinical and administrative supervision to Masters level crisis counselor staff as they provide crisis response and therapeutic services to clients in the community.
Facilitate group supervision for Bachelor and Masters level crisis counselor staff.
Actively contribute as a team member with on-call crisis response shifts, maintain a caseload for linking clients to long-term services, and maintain a caseload of clients for individual therapy/counseling.
Clients served are predominately ages 6-24, but can range from age 3 through the lifespan.
On call-shifts run on a 24/7 basis, and include evening, weekend, and holiday hours.
Team shares responsibility of on call coverage.
Assist Manager in administrative responsibilities as needed.

4 weeks of Paid Time Off (With increases based on seniority) 8 Paid Organization-Wide Holidays 3 Personal Floating Holidays annually Administrative Responsibilities Provide clinical supervision to full-time MHP staff, therapists, counselors, and interns as assigned.
Monitor and oversee day to day activities and operations of the identified Master's level Mobile Crisis Team members.
Provide ongoing performance evaluation for crisis counselors, building on strengths and identifying ongoing growth/training needs.
Participate with Manager in interviewing, hiring and training of new Mobile Crisis Team staff.
Be available for crisis response consultation outside of scheduled on-call hours.
Maintain a high level of personal and team documentation compliance including timely review and signing of team members' mental health assessment and treatment plans.
Act as contact for CARES crisis line to problem solve response issues and call management.
Clinical Responsibilities Provide on-call crisis assessment services and clinical back-up (1-2 times a week or as needed).
Conduct crisis screenings resulting in hospitalization or deflection.
Developing a plan to stabilize a client without the use of hospitalization if hospitalization is not necessary.
Participate as a responsible and reliable crisis team member to maintain continuous on-call coverage and to accomplish other team tasks, goals and responsibilities.
Provide timely and accurately documented crisis assessments with clinically appropriate dispositions.
Provide comprehensive mental health assessments to community based clients residing in the MCR SASS (Screening, Assessment, and Support Services) area who have received crisis screenings by MCR SASS workers.
These assessments will occur in the office or in the home when appropriate.
Provide stabilization and support services to MCR clients and their parents.
This may include but are not limited to the following:
Provide individual and family therapy.
May also lead group therapy if interested.
Provide case management services to assist clients and their families with access to needed benefits and services Provide coordinated care by initiating or participating in client centered consultation with other internal and external providers involved in care or services.
Collaborate with clients and their families to create treatment plans reflecting client's preference for care and demonstrating medical necessity.
Reassess and review treatment progress with clients and their families at prescribed intervals.
Assist in establishing effective communication between the KYC, other social agencies serving clients, and the community Facilitate linkage to other services provided at KYC based on assessed need.
Participate in consultation, as needed, with other agency professionals or with paid agency consultants.
Minimum Position Requirements Master's Degree from an accredited College or University in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling or closely related discipline LCSW or LCPC Licensure Minimum of four years of experience providing clinical treatment with children and adolescents.
3 years supervisory experience preferred.
Valid driver's license, proof of insurance and reliable transportation required.
Computer skills required including but not limited to knowledge of Microsoft Word & Excel.
Additional Responsibilities Provide supervision for administrative/reception staff at Parkview site as needed by MCR SASS Manager.
Assure smooth transfers between MCR/SASS and other Child & Adolescent or Adult Teams.
Complete case assignment when manager is unable or as assigned.
Review and sign crisis assessments completed by MHP staff.
Participate in scheduled Outpatient Child & Adolescent leadership meetings as needed.
Lead team meetings when MCR Manger is unavailable.
