Job Description:
As an HR Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting our HR team with various administrative tasks and projects.

Responsibilities include:
Assisting with recruitment efforts, including posting job ads, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
Managing employee records and databases, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
Assisting with onboarding and orientation processes for new hires.
Providing general administrative support to the HR department, such as filing, data entry.
Assisting with HR-related inquiries from employees and managers, providing timely and professional assistance.
Assisting with HR projects and initiatives as needed, such as employee engagement activities and training programs.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, HR Certification / Certificate , or related field preferred (or currently pursuing) Preferred.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Previous internship or work experience in HR or administrative role is a plus.
