Application/Mainframe Support - Third Shift
On-site 5 days a week in Arlington Heights, IL This is a third shift positionMember of the 7X24 Unimatic (Unisys) Coverage team. Candidate will be assigned to third shift. Rotating days off, including weekends and holidays. All training is OJT. Top 3 skill sets required for this role:
1. Attention to detail / ability to work under pressure2. Previous level 2 application and/or mainframe support3. Service desk / incident ticket processingThis position is for L2 support on the (Unisys) 7X24 operations team. The open position is for third shift that includes working a rotating day off pattern. This includes weekends and holidays. The team operates a Unisys mainframe and provides support to the end user community. Problem escalation is a major component of the position as three tier 1 operational applications reside on our mainframe. Analyst processes incident tickets to meet SLA's. Ability to work on a team and remain focused under stressful situations is a must. All training is OJT.
