SAP Security Analyst

Known for their outstanding product quality and unmatched customer satisfaction, they are now seeking to fill the position of SAP S4 HANA Security Analyst.
This role demands a professional who can offer deep insights and robust support in the realms of S4 technology, security oversight, and system architecture.
The successful applicant will be instrumental in leading and implementing SAP Security strategies for the organization.
The perfect candidate will possess comprehensive knowledge of SAP S4 security protocols, practical experience with GRC tools, and a proven track record in carrying out S4 audits.
This position is critical for maintaining the security and integrity of the company's SAP S4 HANA infrastructure by efficiently managing user permissions, creating security guidelines, and leading initiatives for process enhancements.
Key
Responsibilities:
Security Management and Compliance:
Ensure the security of SAP S4 HANA environment by managing user access, passwords, and logins, including but not limited to IBP.
Participate actively in S4 audits to verify compliance with security policies and procedures.
GRC Tools Utilization:
Utilize Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) tools to enhance the security posture of the SAP S4 HANA environment.
Experience with these tools is a plus, suggesting a deep understanding of risk assessment methodologies.
Process Improvement:
Lead initiatives to improve the onboarding process for new users, ensuring efficient and secure access to SAP S4 HANA.
Drive the adoption of best practices in user access management and security guideline creation.
Collaboration and Support:
Work closely with various teams including IT, audit, and business process owners to ensure SAP S4 HANA security measures are aligned with organizational goals.
Provide expert guidance on SAP S4 security-related issues.
Documentation:
Generate and maintain comprehensive guidelines for user access, passwords, and security protocols.
Ensure the Configuration Management Database (CMDB) is updated with accurate and current security information.
Qualifications:
Proven experience with SAP S4 HANA security, including hands-on experience with GRC tools.
Familiarity with SAP modules such as Concur and Ariba, with a focus on security management (knowledge of CPI is not required).
Strong understanding of audit processes and experience participating in SAP S4 audits.
Ability to generate security guidelines, manage passwords and user access effectively.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and process improvement skills.
Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or related field.
