Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner - Check-in and check-out guests, ensuring accuracy of information and providing necessary assistance - Answer phone calls and respond to guest inquiries, providing information about hotel services, amenities, and local attractions - Handle guest complaints or concerns, resolving issues promptly and ensuring guest satisfaction - Process payments and maintain accurate records of guest transactions - Assist with reservations and room assignments, ensuring efficient utilization of hotel rooms - Coordinate with other hotel departments to fulfill guest requests and ensure smooth operations - Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in hotel management or hospitality is preferred - Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written - Multilingual abilities are a plus - Proficient in phone etiquette and handling phone systems - Ability to handle difficult situations with professionalism and empathy - Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Note:
