We are looking for someone with great work ethic, a dynamic fun personality, to join our operations team in Arlington Heights, IL.
This position will require lots of phone and email work along with the following responsibilities.
Responsibilities:
- Working with the Operations Manager, Customer, and available man power schedule projects for installation - Assign project to project managers and lead technicians - Coordinate with project managers and team members to gather project requirements - Monitor project progress and identify potential delays or issues - Collaborate with customers to ensure project milestones are met - Provide regular updates on project status to management and customer - Assist in the coordination of project resources and activities - Support the development and implementation of project management best practices Skills:
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal - Excellent organizational and time management skills - Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities Job Type:
