Jr. Project Coordinator

A client in Arlington Heights is looking for temporarily remote individuals to work as Project/Scheduling Coordinators for customer facing work.
They will be responsible for getting a kick off call put together with the customers, moving them through the timeline process, getting necessary information back from customers (i.
e.
who needs what on what line? How many users? What are the timelines?) They is customer facing, however, they will not be on the phone all day.
They will be pulling all required parties together for a project as the facilitator.
There are also technical people assigned to the project that will be available as backup, and they will be trained on whatever they need to know regarding the products.
Required Skills & Experience3-4
years of customer service, scheduling, dispatching, or administrative work Reliable and motivated for multi-tasking and new work Ability to learn new applications quickly/high computer literacy Strong organizational skills Great communication (written and verbal) Ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks Nice to Have Skills & ExperiencePrevious work at a large Telecom/Cable Provider or Field/Telecom/Cable Work (AT&T, Verizon, Comcast, COX, RCN, etc.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
