Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner - Answer and direct phone calls, take messages, and provide information to callers - Perform general clerical duties, such as filing, photocopying, and scanning documents - Create waivers and payment applications as needed - Input weekly data into spreadsheets - Assist with project coordination and follow-up on action items - Provide administrative support to various departments as needed
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a receptionist or administrative assistant preferred - Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor - Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively - Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and file management - Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information - Strong phone etiquette and interpersonal skills We offer competitive compensation based on experience.
