The position is some in-office (Arlington Heights), some work from home, but all in-person for the first few months.
The remote work portion can increase over time by showing strong contributions and trust.
Very good verbal and written social skills and a good use of English are mandatory.
Basic tech skills and knowledge of Word, Excel, Adobe and Outlook programs or a willingness to become familiar with these (at the local library or online) before starting employment are needed.
Ability to perform some rote tasks as well as some creative tasks.
Approx 10-12 hours/week to start, more hours as you become valuable to the team, $25-$30/hr.
