50 an hour 9 hours ago 9 hours ago 9 hours ago Do you enjoy engaging with other Arlington Heights residents? Arlington Heights Memorial Library is seeking a customer service oriented individual to assist with our bookmobile and item pickup and delivery services.
Job Description Provide friendly, helpful assistance to internal and external customers.
Drive library vehicles to transport materials between library pickup and delivery locations.
Assist in preparation of materials for daily operation of bookmobile.
Assist customers to check material in/out.
Register new customers for accounts.
Engage with customers to assist them in locating and reserving materials.
Use library databases to answer or refer customer questions about library services.
Share knowledge on specific topic areas and make recommendations and assist in the selection of library materials Requirements & Skills Must be 18 years of age Proven exceptional customer service experience required Current valid driver's license and driving record in good standing.
Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining a positive and welcoming team environment in alignment with Our Culture and IDEA.
Education:
High school degree or equivalency required.
Hours and Scheduling:
Part-time, 24 hours/week.
Shifts are primarily Monday-Friday and will rotate days & evening.
Flexibility to cover weekends as needed is required.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
