This position requires evening availability from 1:
15pm - 10:

Responsibilities:
Convert customer calls and emails into booked service appointments Deliver ABC scripts with a non-scripted cadence, while being clear, compelling, and personable Confident over the phone, enough to gently but effectively control and direct customer calls to boost individual and team metrics Thorough understanding of company processes and ability to provide great education when faced with customer questions Empathize authentically with customers dealing with difficult situations Communicate and coordinate with other departments to handle customer questions or concerns efficiently Filing and sorting documents Handling reschedules and delays that are communicated from our dispatch department What we offer:
