Our client service team is essential to our daily operations, as they are a liaison between our clients and the medical team.
We are seeking an experienced veterinary client services representative who is passionate about helping people and their pets, and wants to join an amazing, experienced team.
Requirements:
Ideal candidate must have at least 2 years of veterinary reception experience, or at least 2 years of medical office experience.
The candidate must also be computer literate, tech savvy, have an interest in social media communications, and have a passion for completing projects.
Responsibilities:
Greeting clients with a warm welcome to nurture client relationships Scheduling appointments Detailed records documentation Invoicing clients Facilitating doctor and client communications Preparing accurate documents such as consent forms and estimates Attributes:
Personable and approachable demeanor; sense of humor Strong communication skills and phone etiquette Strong grammatical skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment; ability to prioritize Professional attitude Strong computer skills Motivated to work independently Believes in team work, and works well with others Attentive to detail Hours:
