The right candidate consciously makes a positive contribution to the practice, to the clients and to the vendors and/or partners that we do business with on a daily basis.

You must have an ability to follow verbal and written instruction, to establish priorities, be able to maintain a professional attitude and work with or without direct supervision.
Duties include, but are not limited to, the following:
Welcoming patients and visitors, in person or on the telephone; answering or referring inquiries Managing phone calls, answering email, and scheduling appointments Checking patients in and out for scheduled visits Protecting patients' rights by maintaining confidentiality of personal and financial information and abiding by all HIPAA regulations Maintaining patient accounts by obtaining, recording, and updating personal and financial information.
Collecting patient co-pays and/or any other payment due at time of service Keeping patients comfortable by anticipating their needs, answering questions, and maintaining the reception area Assisting with administrative and record-keeping tasks
Qualifications:
Must be punctual and reliable All candidates must be able to pass a background check Our practice is a drug-free environment:
all candidates must be able to pass a drug screening, and be willing to participate in random screenings without notice This is a customer-facing position, so the ideal candidate must genuinely enjoy interacting with people! About Us:

The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
